Oh how a year has gone by fast!
So yesterday i turned 21 and all day yesterday i have been thinking of how things have changed! Last year at this time i was newly single and unemployed. I am now not single i have been with Mitch for almost 10 months now! I have been working at Walmart for almost 5. I am the happiest i have been for a along time! I am with a man that i love and can see having a future with. I have a stable job although not an ideal job still a job. I have a Car that i can rely on and over all i think that i am a better person and i have grown stronger. Thank you to everyone who has helped me get thru a lot of bad events in my life and i cannot wait to see what the future has in store for me!

Update :)
So i thought that I would do a blog post to update everyone on my crazy busy life! Plus A Secret is revealed at the End (No i am not Pregnant)!
I work at Walmart Neighborhood Market.. No i don't like it.... and yes i am trying to leave lol shhh no one at work knows....
I Moved up in the Car world! I bought a new car!! Well not brand new but 10 years newer than my old one! A Ford Five Hundred and I absolutely love it!
I am still going to school and will graduate in about a year with my Associates degree in Business Management and Accounting.

Being a Walmart Employee
* SHELBY RANT WARNING*
I have been wanting to do this post for a while now and have put a lot of thought into this. The only thing that has stopped me was school and other things in my life. Now that i am caught up in my schoolwork and the BF is at work I now have time.
I find it ironic that i chose to do this today because it marks 3 months at Walmart. Thankfully I am not at a Super Walmart or this might be a longer post.
So While i have worked these past three months I have been put on the opposite side of the register. I told myself that i never wanted to work at Walmart. That i would be in a better place then to work there. But as life has it i am.. I have a few points that i want to go over.
Point 1. How we get treated by Customers: As any other job we have our ups and downs. I cant say that mine mostly consists of downs but pretty damn close.
1A. Dont ever blame the Cashier for the wrong price coming up. I dont know every single price in the store. If it is different on the tag than it is ringing up i would have no idea unless i get told about it all the time.
1B. IF you have a preference on how your items need to be bagged than either do it yourself or tell me otherwise leave me the hell alone. I know not to put anything on top of the bread or something heavy on the eggs. I know to double bag the cans and the 2 liters of soda pop you are buying.
1C. I have to put your cart/basket if you leave it just siting there. You are walking that way anyway so do us underpaid workers a break and put it away.
1D Alcohol and Tobacco buyers under 40 show me your damn ID read the signs that i have to and dont give me shit about it because it is WALMART policy not Shelby policy.
1E. I know that there is nothing on the belt then the next items are yours. If the person is paying i dont need a divider between me and your stuff.
2. Price Matching: Where Customers Save Money And supposedly live better.
2A. I know when you are lying to me! When you try price matching a card that is $4 for $1... ummm no i cant do it without proof. I can tell when you wait till you see the price on the screen and come up with one on the spot.
2B Tell me all your price matches before i scan them and when i ask you if you have any. Especially if you have like 10 of the same thing then i have to void them all and start over.
2C If you are getting multiple flavors of something please organize them. If not then quit complaining how slow i am being.
2D Dont tell me all of them at once. Unless i have a memory that i didnt know about then i cant remember 20 at once once i get to them and then you can tell me.
2E Please put them all together and not randomize them it will go quicker for the both of us.

Wendover Trip!
So this past weekend me and Mitch took our first trip together. It may only be an hour and a half away from us but it still was a trip for me.
We Had so Much fun I even found $100 in our room. :) Cannot wait to go back when i am 21 lol

How me and Mitch met :)
There is always that question " How did you two meet?" Well let me tell you ;)
So I had spent my Saturday with my sister and brother in law. They went off to do their own thing. I got a text from a friend saying that there were some people wanting to go bowling and to meet at the church house. I decided that i would go. I met at the church and rode with some friends to the bowling alley. I go to the bowling alley my friend Brad had brought his cousin and his friend Mitch. I was alone for the next hour waiting for our lanes. Mitch, Brad and his cousin started talking to me. They finally told us that our lanes were ready. Mitch bought me a Dr. Pepper and I sat next to them the rest of the time. we played a couple of games. My ride wanted to go so brad offered to take me home. We played more games until about Midnight. Brad had to drive far to take his cousin home. So Mitch offered to take me back to the church to get to my car. We were talking and I teared up because I had been missing being a Nanny so bad. He thought that he had messed everything up. I got in my car and went home.I got home and decided to Find him on Facebook and tell him thank you. I messaged him and told him thank you for everything. It wasn't till the next morning that he messaged me back and gave me his number and told me that we should hang out again. He started texting me. We didn't stop :) The next day i got off work and took my car to the mechanic. He had asked me if i wanted to go to his house on Saturday for dinner and he would make me an Elk roast i said yes. Then he asked me if i would go watch him and his team bowl friday i said yes ;). Then he asked if I wanted to go bowling that night! I of course said yes :) We have been inseparable since :) I love him so much and i don't know what i would have done if i didn't say yes to go bowling that Saturday night with my friends <3 I am so lucky to have him in my life <3 I love him so much he is a prayer answered!!

Hello April
Sorry that it has been two months since I last did a post. I have been Really Busy! I am now entering into my third Mod at Stevens Henager. Me and Mitch are still going strong almost three months together!! I could not be more in love!
