The Adventures of The Neck Brace

So it all started when i was in the shower getting ready for work i twisted my neck to change the temp of the water when my neck popped. I was in so much pain  and any time i moved my neck it would spasm. I was so sick because of the pain. The next day i was feeling just as bad. So my dad came over and gave me a fathers blessing. Then my mom took me to Instacare and they said i had Toritollis and i needed a neck brace so it would heal and stop spasming. It took about a week and a half for my neck to stand straight up again but now it is healed and these are pics of the progress it made.
